    Absolutely. The Career Studio is built for exactly that. Many participants explore entrepreneurship through the Entrepreneurship Curriculum while simultaneously using the Career Studio to manage their job search. Both paths are open to you at the same time.

  • What if I go through the program and decide not to start a business?

    That's a completely valid outcome. The goal of VentureOff is an informed decision, not a forced launch. Many participants complete the program and reach a confident, documented "no-go" conclusion. That clarity has real value too. Many professionals also keep their new day jobs and start a side hustle as a result — you don't have to go all-in.

  • How long does the program take?

    The Entrepreneurship Curriculum is five self-paced modules. Most participants complete it in 6–8 weeks, though you can move faster or slower based on your schedule or interest.

  • Is this covered by my employer?
